What type and brand of seat belt is everyone using. Is this considered a 3-point or a 4-point seat belt and Is this legal in the hill climb at D&K?

read this about the sewn in shoulder belts.

Personally I’ve ran RCI and Simpson 5 point bolt in. The Simpsons seemed to adjust allot easier even when dirty. Get 5 point with a 3” shoulder, 3” lap and 2” crotch. The 2” crotch belt gives you a little more room between your thighs and they won’t rub as much. Also I've heard bad news about dirt getting in the camlock style latches.

i run a camlock on my buggy -- its on my seat so i make sure its hooked good when i slide them in. Its really not that bad to deal with, but i have taken it apart 3 or 4 times in the last few years to clean. Most of the time i just spray it with pb blaster

I run simpson 5 point. The only reason I run simpson is because they were free. I probably wouldn't spend the money for simpson if I had to buy them. I have had cam locks and I to had problems with dirt. I have the same kind of latch that is in the picture posted above.

As some of you know this is what I do for a living. I install carbon fiber seats and fit our drivers up with belts and other comfort and safety items. So the belts I have are maybe a little over the top. But I love them. Even with them being camlocks. The part I like the most is the shoulder harness are two inches wide. So that they don't rub my neck raw. And feel free to checkout the woodsbuggy safety forum...
