How soon? Could use some longer fronts.

No fronts, but Dean just delivered to me a set of 2.5" x 3.5" arms for my 4 seater. Shipping was free to the last event. THANKS DEAN!

Lots of opportunity to f@(k up. Find someone that has some off and make a pattern from theirs. Make a good jig and plan on tweaking it a few times as you make arms. You'll probably be on your third set before you get them to be usable.

Unless you have excepitional fabricating skills, it would be suggested to let someone (Dean) that knows what their doing make them for you. When the bearing house is welded into the arm, unless you know exactly what to do, your inner bearing will not fit in. I have made several sets with no problems.

Those looks like Appletree's trailing arms, looks very good for being homemade. I have a set from Appletree and they are good ones. Dean's trailing arms are tried and true for damn sure because I have seen them being abused and not even hurt them at all, hell, I am afraid to hit a tree or rock hard sideways and bend them, because they don't have the warranty like Dean's does.

I have a set that measure 2 1/2 by 3 1/2, They were ordered to be made from 3/16 tube instead of the usual 1/8 inch. They were a little heavier but they seem bullet proof. I'd call them " HD Series", you should see the severe duty arms for the extreme riders! The extra 1/2 inch makes the cvs fit better than my old 2 by 3s. I hope that anybody looking for arms would choose Deans arms for the same reason Rock suggested, Glad to have a set on my buggy!

What type of beam do you run willie? Been making some extended arms for a Bj beam and wondering how well they might work. You seem pretty on the ball, what setup do you have on your frontend?
