i have a set of 15 by 14 rims i think i got rid of my buggy back in may and after a few friends got done with it and i got it back the outer part of the rim was bent and i cannot get it straightened back out i was wondering what and how to make them into a set of beadlocks i think i seen it done before but dont have a clue so if you guys a photo or good way of telling me and what it would cost so i know if it would just be cheaper to look for a set or if its worth my time and money to convert thanks

On some kits there is no cutting involved. Center the inner bead ring on the wheel and weld. The kit should come with instructions.

i have weld on kit that i got off steve, that dave made. U might want to run a bead of silicone around the weld to help prevent leaks if youre not going to run tubes...

All you do is place them on the inside of the bead lip, and weld them. There's no cutting involved. The outer ring is shaped so the bolts are further in than the outer most part of the tire bead. So nothing is sticking out.

The 46 dollar ones are the ones we put on Jasons, They just welded to the outside bead. No cutting just some grinding.
