should i take it all down an do the frame now and do all the small parts at home, or just take the small parts off an do them and patch paint the frame? I am doing a blast cabinet for the shop but the frame wont fit? what to do?

its not a bad idea.it will give you a chance to go thro your buggy and fix any thing that it needs.and if you add up what it would cost to do a good rattle can job you could powder coat it a basic color and its fast drop it off pick it up the next day and start puttin it back togetter it will feel like it's new! if you rent a sand blaster and blast it your self.blaster rent is about $100.$50.for sand $250-$300 to powdercoat.

Powdercoat the frame and as many parts you can. Paint does not compare or hold up near as well . For what it costs versus your time its a no brainer.

Not to mention how much easier p/c is to clean. The mud wont stick to the powdercoat like it does rattle can paint.

If I have it powder coated it it will be olive drab, so the mud would just stay on fo a "camo" effect

Ok so i found a powder coater that can do it after the first of the year. So i will pull it down over the holidays and get it in the first week of Jan. What shade of green should i go with? i want a non reflective finish so i will be kind of stealth. Something that would be a base for mud so it will look "real world" camo when dirty 8) what do yall think? good or bad idea?
