| Post subject: | help with rear tortion bars |
hey, the tortion bars in my buggy are really stiff right now ( it was set up to jump in stadium racing) i have a set of stock bettle tortions my qustion is would these do good for climbing ( single seat , 5 rib, 2276, 31 vtreads, if this helps) and if so how do i go about swaping them thanks tanner |

When I got my red Buggy it was way to stiff of a ride so I installed the stock 22 MM torsions and it made a hugh difference in the ride. Iliked it a lot better. I did have to index them once or twice. Keep in mind that I was running the shorter 21" setup and they are actually stiffer than the comparable 26" size. The only down size with the stock 22MM is they may break on you. Mine never did. Its pretty much a judgement call on your part. If your not jumping etc I would say go for it. |
