Post subject:  Terra tires??

I just got a good deal on a set of 31 x 15 x 15 Terra tires.
Need some input on running them on my buggy.
It's a 1915 rail with a swing axle (with a super diff)
that is street legal, I mostly trail ride in northern Michigan.
I'm gonna have to buy rims,
What is the good and bad on running these tires?
Thanks,
van

For trail riding they are awesome! When the trail gets a little sideways, one side higher than the other, those tires really stick well, better than v-bars. They're ok for hill climbing but v-bars are better. I don't think they are DOT approved for the road though.

i run them, and they seem to do pretty good, loose dry stuff they really do good. Muddy hills, not so much... i run mine on the road all the time...

Buying a buggy this weekend, was setup for sand. Needs tires bad. I want the non-available firestone 4ply's. What are my ther options? It will be set up for haspin Acres( Mud, hills and dry dirt). It has a pontiac H.O. 2.4l and a 5 rib with 2x3's.
