I think you can remove a couple of leaf springs from each bar

Has it been sitting for awhile? My old BJ beam on my old car was really stiff likely from sitting for awhile. It softened up after a little riding. And give a good greasing....

First make sure everything is working as it should be. Longer arms like Rock said + coil-overs or Fox aIr shocks.

Longer arms, stock beetle bushings, and stock length regular old auto zone shocks that are only 20 bucks a peice or less with a lifetime warranty.

I have the same problem. Dude is right, cheap gabriel gas shocks from autozone work the best. Grease it often. Jump it often. Keeps it kinda soft. I see your from Lagrange, Go jump the greens at pheasant run some night. lol

Yeah, just don't tell them that you use them offroad. They won't warranty them. That's been my experience.

Mine was pretty stiff (don’t women like it that way?) :D

I removed all the split springs, top and bottom, and it’s still a little to stiff. I have a thing front beam so I don't know if the springs are stiffer to compensate for the weight of the thing.

Were going to Wellsville this weekend, bring it and Wellsville will loosen it up if it’s just from sitting.
