thinking about planning a trip there the first weekend in october, if my brother buys the buggy he's looking at. is there any where around there to get firewood or is it best to bring your own. also on the web page it says gas anyone know what octane, also if you can reserve the cabins in advance thanks andrew

You can go in the woods and pick some up or bring your own. The gas is premium 91 or 92 I think. Just call Darrell he can tell you for sure. I believe they will let you reserve a cabin in advance.

i hope so cause there isn't a chance of getting my wife to sleep in a tent. she isn't afraid to get muddy or dirty but there's not a chance of her sleeping outside

you can reserve the cabins but make sure you take air mattres or sometinng else to sleep on. the cabins do have heat & air but just plywood shelfs for beds.
