Firebuggy, my good friend, this is not aimed at you, so please done take it as such. This is aimed at who ever wants to take away a little freedom from me.
A major disadvantage to typing instead of talking, is... it is hard to tell if someone is joking or not sometimes.
SO, I just assume everyone is joking when they talk trash. I am NOT joking right now.
Usually TT was mostly good guys playing around (except for a couple who have monetary disputes with each other). If somebody dont throw mud at me every now and then, and I get to retaliate, I will fall asleep and drift away.
I NEVER, EVER took any of the jabs Curt threw at me as personal, and I'm sure he did not from me either.
I WILL ALWAYS HELP ANYONE WHO NEEDS IT, AND BE AS KIND AS POSSIBLE WHEN WE ARE RIDING. TT IS JUST JOKING AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I cant joke with someone, I dont trust them yet. I WOULD HELP ANYONE I CAN, I DONT CARE WHAT THEY DRIVE. AS SO WOULD 99.9% OF THE FOLKS ON THIS SITE.
I vote to keep TT. And keep JOTD in "Other Discussions". Be sure the jokes are clean (remember its now in an open forum), and see how quick that thread grows from now on. 
I get offended at nasty-ass sex jokes, MY SON IS A MEMBER ON HERE.
But did I ask anyone to not post them?? NO . I just dont read the crap and tell him to stay out of the thread.
Whether he does or not, is his choice, but he knows I dont approve.
PM'ing a dispute is NO FUN. YOu dont get opinions or points of view of any one else other than the one who is already not seeing things your way. How many new good ideas for buggy improvements have had to be arqued about??...... ALL OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They told Clayton he was nuts when he ordered the stuff for the first 2500 around here for the woods (or probably any where). They (people out West, including Berg, Ent.) said it WONT stay together. He made it work. 8- 10 yrs is easily expected from them now. HE HAD TO ARQUE ABOUT IT.
They told Lewis, you cannot put that gearing in an offroad tranny and expect not to break stuff. He did it and they are damn near bullit proof behind a VW. HE HAD TO ARQUE!!!!!
How much BS do you think Mr. Burns heard when he wanted to bolt a measley VW/Audi auto to a built SBC????? I'm sure he got a lot of sh&t, but he made it work!! I'm sure HE HAD TO ARQUE.

Occasionally someone gets called a name when you are arquing about something. Big deal! WahWahWah. If someoe wants to say "You are a dumbass, that wont work." , then just call them a dumbass right back and prove them wrong, Dont cry about it and say "My Mommy says no arquing".

Maybe Dean, or Curt, should've scooped up Clayton's thread and split it quicker. I dont have the ability to move threads in other sections , or I would've done it myself.
Maybe they got real live's and didnt have time to do it right away.
