I have a stock generator on my buggy and i dont have the time and money to do the alt. swap and i need help wiring this external voltage regulator can anyone help thanks Or does anyone have a wiring diagram thats easyly read and inderstandable |

When the buggy is off all the generators components have grounds on them even coming out of the regulator i cant hook a ground to the positive side of the battery does that mean have a bad voltage regulator? |

I will admit I know next to nothing about generators as I have always had an alternator. I found those sketches from another forumn. Sorry. I hope you get it figured out . Its sux to fight some things. Good luck, maybe some of these other vw nutz have the key. |
