I want to run a canister filter on my turbo engine but don't want to pay the price for an UMP or Donaldson. What do you guys think of these from Pacific Customs? http://www.pacificcustoms.com/mm5/merch ... ode=1AIRCL I have a Bobcat with a Donaldson and really like the way it works. We still clean it a lot but it seems to keep the intake hose pretty clean, even in dusty conditions. I thought about pricing a Donaldson from an equipment company and quit soon after I got the first price, over $300 for a 3" inlet/outlet size. That didn't include filters! |

I am a little concerned about those because they are made to run on an engine up to 2400rpm. Although that Cat engine is twice the displacement of my engine, I will run mine up to 6000rpm. I just don't know if they flow that much in the upper rpm especially on a turbo motor. The Cat 3054 is not turbo. |
