anyone have one or know where to buy one?

King pin/early ball joint and later ball joint quick steer kits have a different size hole for the tie rod to slip in.
Taper is larger on the late BJ.

I assumed it was the pitman arm extension.
That is the most common quick steer kit that I can think of.
