Would anybody else be interested in a kids class for the hillclimb comp. in AL this March? My boy , 13, says he'd like to compete. I talked to Sharpshoooter and he says he thinks he can put together a trophy class on less of a hill for the kids if he gets some more interest in it. My boy says he wants to compete on the same hill so he can show me up  , but thats up to Sharpshooter!
We were talking about maybe an under 17 class. I think it should be in their own buggy, or in a buggy not registered for the main event. Post up if you seriously got a lil' climber who you'd let compete!

Thanks, Larry

This would be right up Little Man's alley in a couple of years. He just turned nine and like to climb but isn't into him doing it yet. He just needs a confidence booster and also his own buggy too. I will be cheering for your son, he showed us how to drive at D&K with that mini rail he had.

In a mini rail ? if you are talkin about a full size rail I'm in the process of building my 12 year old a turbo charged v6 chain drive . So he said he would like to hit the big hill (HE AIN'T SCARRED).He said he wants the 2 grand :!:

No mini, a fullsized donut-getter. 1915 3-rib.

Mine's not really digging the "kids hill" thing either, he definately aint scared either. (Ask Earlytimz  ) You know kids, think they are invincible! He wants to hit the big one, too, but not for the money. He wants to show he's got the skills to run w/ the "big dogs". But I wont let him on nothing I think might get him hurt, or cream his buggy. He's paid for it himself, and he doesnt have deep enough pockets to break expensive parts all the time. He cuts tires and helps me fix wrecks for buggy-money.

You gonna have it done in time? We need three or four commitments for Sharpshooter to be able to fool with it.
