 Post subject: builders title in ohio

Has anybody had any experience with doing this in ohio. My son is trying to build a dual purpose buggy street/offroad.Any help would be great.

You have to have reciepts for everything. If you don't have the title for the car the motor and trans came out of, you have to have a notorized bill of sale. It's kinda a pain in the butt.

Ohios BS is more difficult for a Rail Buggy than PA, because you can't do it in PA! There is no possible way to title, and register a Rail Buggy to drive on the street in PA. Steve and me would of had them 15 Years ago if there was a way. You can register and drive the Fiberglass Buggys on the street in PA. Having done similar title work on cars, PA is definately more of a PITA than Ohio to register a Fiberglass Buggy.

i was lucky enough that my first buggy had a buggy title... As long as i have a part off that old buggy it's all the same buggy right? :twisted:
