Has anybody used these. Does it change the length of axles too much? http://www.mooreparts.com/7122-AC525140-930KIT%2A/ Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk |

That's not going to change your axle length any, all it's doing is moving the CV's closer together. Don't know if I like the idea of a longer bolt in an application where a longer bolt isn't a good thing. |

Duh...I should have realized that. I believe you're right Mike, longer bolts make things a little weaker. I wonder with my application(low horse power) if it would matter? By the way, have you started on my arms.[SMIRKING FACE] Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk |

Don't want to step on Mikes toes at all. I've met him he knows his shit. I run with two other buggys. One is a 4.3 chevy. Never saw a broke cv bolt. And with these your adding maby a half inch to the bolts? I was looking into these a while back. Now that I'm running 944/924 cvs. I'm very interested again. Has anyone broke cv bolts? Got to be a reason why everyone isn't running them. |

Not stepping on my toes, just personal preference. I prefer the old hands on approach, take it apart and look at it, make sure things are OK. You'll never spot something going wrong by sticking a grease hose on it. |

In the end I'm an amateur. I decrease my cvs repack with high abuse water proof. I'd love these to drop my cv check down to twice a year. Pull check and clean. I've yet to break any of my 924/944 cvs. In the end. Grease every ride because of easy. And In the end they break when they break. Thank god they take most of the shock so our trannys dont |

In my opinion once you grease the Cvs the grease usually stayes in there. If you keep pumping grease in there it'll over grease it and just fill up the boots. Ive never seen a dry CV, you could ask anyone who changed a CV on the trail that had grease up to their elbows, I cant imagine changing a CV with a boot full of grease and no rags. |

I am currently running these. My rig is about 70 hp with 3 rib . I do medium trails and had 0 prroblems with the spacers they are kind nice to be able to put the cv on with 0 grease. Dont have any pics of just them but here is what i have. I took the zerks off the lower cv side and put in the plugs, i dont want to break the zerks off |
