Made a SMOKIN DEAL on a Chaindrive that was built way back in 2001. Has been stored most of it's life, (used only 140hrs) and has a Turbo'ed 4.3 hangin on the back! So, I am gonna SELL my current Chaindrive in the near future. A few features...

Orig Burns chassis
Chev 3.1 turbo V6 on LP
Auto
40" Bolted Ground Hogs
39.5 Cut Boggers
Air Bagged rear/Coilover front

I will post on the For Sale topics when ready.
This is the only site I have problems posting pics on...post em when I figure it out!

Nice looking chaindrive. You need to post some pics of the one you are selling.

BTW.. What ever happened to the crazy 1 seater Burns Senior was building? I believe it had four wheel independent airbags with huge travel.

That is the one I'm selling!

Yes that is a Crazy single seater the Godfather owns! (Me and another CD owner out of Paducah Ky, call him the Godfather for obvious reasons if you have ever had the opportunity to chat with him, it's like you need a recorder to get ALL the good info that spills out of the ol' timer)! He blew the trans input shaft out of it over 2yr ago. I believe he has new billet parts to go back in it, but just haven't got around to it. Ol "Big Red", the legendary CD that Curt done ALL that SMACK TALK with, is sitting quietly in the weeds,(engine intact), like an old banged up race care! Makes me sick every time I go down there!

I think I got this pic thing figured out.

These are pics of the newest in my fleet. It's my 3rd Chaindrive. Engine long block was built by Dennis Burns, (Bernards brother). Dennis built 2 of these 4.3's for me and my buddy, nearly identical with difference being this one uses GM 18 degree alum heads and the other used GM 23 deg alum heads.

Love the CD buggys and that red trailer!! Bad A$$ setup for sure. I'd be a buyer on your old one but a few beers in the bar cost me a DUI so now I literally pissed all that away.

I'm going to spruce ol' blue up this winter and do some general maint on it b4 I put er on the market. Save yer Benjamin's, It will make you or some lucky fellow a nice ride!

Thanks for the compliment on the trailer. This is my first new trailer so I ordered it to match my dually. It's 24' long, 102 wide, and I had no intention to haul 2 buggies cause I didn't have 2 at the time. They jus barely fit!
