Subject: Tennessee Stratos Retreat - 2014

Gentlemen,

I am going to take the employees on a company retreat before we start the 4th quarter madness at work and have isolated the only time available. This trip is fully funded by Stratos and for the employee only! I will work on the family trip later this year or next. We are going to Ride Royal Blue in Pioneer, TN from Monday 8/18/2014 and checking out Friday 8/22/2014. If you would like to see the accommodations, we will be staying in the Redneck Retreat #6. Please visit the website at: http://www.rideroyalblue.com for any details. We will have a cabin with a full kitchen and facilities. If you don’t have an ATV or UTV, I will be renting them for you. Nick Lewis has been designated as the HOH! Head of Household, which means he is the cook. The rest of us have very important roles as drinking, entertainment, and having as much fun as possible. I know this is during the week and short notice, but it is the only time they have the availability. You will be getting paid 40 hours this week as well. Win Win! Stratos will be buying all the refreshments and food. I will send out another email in regards to what food and drinks you want and then Nick Lewis and I will be going to Costco to load up prior to our departure. This is a small step to show my appreciation to you guys for the hard work and crazy schedules I put you through, but I hope to add and increase this as we proceed forward. We will coordinate trucks and trailers for hauling our stuff down there when I send out the food and beverage request. I look forward to this and hope everyone can make it. Please let me know if for any reason you cannot attend. Ok. You will all attend! It is mandatory!

Current Equipment:

1. Russ has a BadAss buggy.

2. I have a Polaris Ranger that is camo.

Jeremiah,

Please relay this to David!

That is super cool. I would love to work for a company who shows so much appreciation to their employees..

However, I am not sure it is a good idea to post your bosses email address and cell phone number on a public forum

well Dan, I took that into consideration before I posted this thread and because every one of our company vehicles have his cell number and his email address painted all over them..I was quite sure he wasnt trying to hide that info from the public. I will however edit my original post to satisfy your concern..

So, who's been to RideRoyalBlue with their Buggy's? My buddy has been there a few times with Wildcats/razors and he told me I might have a hard time getting around, that the trails are narrow in alot of places. Im running 3x3's with 23 degree v-treads so Im 7'2" from outside of tire to outside of tire. I figure if I come to a narrow spot,,I'll just make a new trail around it.

I ride there. Yes it is tight in some places. Im running factory arms and had to beat my way around a couple of times. Nice creeks and river crossing. 7 water falls. Its nice. There is a part of it that I heard that 4x4s ride. Not quite as tight.
