 Post subject: Help on can gasket

Here is the gasket that I pull off of my carb today and it looks like it was leaking gas around the sides of it just going to see what everyone thought what it would be. Image

Did you break the gasket pulling it off or was it broken before?
You said it looked like it was leaking gas...Where? Did you take a picture of the carb before disassembly?

Spray yer gaskets with lubricant b4 assembly and they come rite off and don't break the next time you dis assemble.Just making sure that everyone knows..
