Since the buggy is almost ready to go I thought I better build a new trailer to pull it with. The old T trailer was to small and I wanted a trailer I could use for other things. I saw trailrider at Haspin a couple of years ago and really like the trailer he built to haul his buggy with, so I hit him up and he was nice enough to send me all the dimensions of his trailer to copy. So I picked up 100 ft of 2x3x1/8 tubing and found a used 3500 lbs torsion in Craig's list and ordered a set of wheels and tire to get started. Here what I got done last night.

Second night in, everything is fully welded but the fenders. Once I get the fenders mounted I can start on the back, from the rear of the fenders to the end of the trailer is going to be 8' wide.

Here are couple of pics of trailriders trailer that I am basing this one off of. I really like how low he made it so you don't have to mess with any ramps, you just drive up on it.
