Is it just me or is dans performance parts very slow with getting packages out for delivery I ordered something sunday on the site and did not get sent out till wendsday |

"Most orders received before 10:00AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), Monday through Thursday will be shipped with-in 24-72 hours (on in-stock items only) we do not offer COD. " http://www.dansperformanceparts.com/shipping.htm depending on how they process orders, first in first out is the norm, a friday/saturday night order might make it onto the truck monday, a sunday only will if theres not many to fill. places like jegs and summit and amazon truly spoil us with the same day shipping etc, sadly smaller shops don't have the staff to pull that off all the time, hopefully they make up for it in customer service/product knowledge and website usability. keep in mind, the rest of the country is finally getting the kind of weather than gets people motivated to get that pre-riding season update/repair/mods done. |

I have no complaints with the service always good to me just can be slow on shipping but see your point their once it is shiped its going from California to alabama so that takes ups a week lol |

I had the same issue when I ordered some stuff. I just ordered from a new vender I saw on race desert and pretty good service. They had a shock reservoir bracket I was looking for. http://www.alpermotorsports.com/ |

If your in a hurry, Dan's is not the place to do business with. They have decent pricing however you will wait for product. |
