yea this sucks! wind chills are -20 to -40 below doors froze shut, batterys dead, so damn cold the heat in my truck wont even warm up. gonna have to put a piece of card board in front of the radiator tomorrow. this is the coldest i ever remember and i grew up in chicago! tomorrow is just as bad. oh but its gonna be near 50 on saturday

I wish y'all would keep that crap up there it's going down to 7 degrees tonite down here in central Alabama but its gonna be in the low 60s on Saturday and rainy I guess it's better than snow

its -7 in Columbus. haven't been able to open my sliding door all day so my poor dog has to do her business in the front yard while the neighbors are driving by. this crap is nuts I hope my truck starts in the morning.

I got up this morning, went out to try to start the truck. It just wouldn't start. I looked up at the mirror and the thermometer said -9 degrees. I went to the garage, got the battery charger to help crank the motor faster. But it was just too cold for the ol' diesel motor to fire. I tried quite a few times and then I called my brother up because I was the last one in the driveway and there was 4 cars in front of me that we needed to get out. So, we hitched the truck up to his truck and pulled it out of the driveway. Backed out all of the cars, and then I took Amanda's Jeep and tied it to the front of the truck and pulled it back in. Now the Jeep is stuck in front of my truck until Spring thaw. Last Sunday, I went out and filled up my fuel tank and bought some of that anti-gel stuff for diesel fuel. I thought I would be good, but evidently, this cold weather is just too much for it. If that ain't enough, when I got home from work today, the damn water pipes were busted, so I have to fix those now. Just gotta love the north.

I CALLED RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT AND TOLD THEM HOW COLD IT WAS THIS MORNING IN BIRMINGHAM AND THEY SAID "BULLSH!+ AND HUNG UP ON ME.

Finally got my drive opened up.
Glad I bought that blade for my Ranger SxS......

Lol , where the hell is that at , I know one thing for sure , I'm glad its gone from here for a few days cause my water pipss froze for 2-1/2 days & my pond has just now thawed out , were not prepared for that weather down here !

ive quit selling used post holes by the truckload cause charlie has cut my price !

So far in the past month we have been past the -0 several times and hit the -15 a few times. That is with out the wind chill! Got hit with an Ice storm that left us without power for 5 days (had a generator making the rounds for family members). One nice snow storm with several days of sub zero. On a good note, the sub zero temps kept our company busy for more than a week repairing freeze and breaks on fire sprinkler systems.
