We just found out that Yellow Creek CampGround at Wellsville is not interested in having a Hill Climb Event so we need to find another Northern Park.

We are considering DTOR or WildCat and wanted to get your opinions.

I'm sorry but why does it matter if yellow creek wants it or not. Rv hook up running water? The free zone . Oak tree. Forbidden zone. All good places to camp.

DT 0 R would make a perfect place to have a hill climb. The terrain there is ideal and they have had a bunch of events held there already .And I am sure that Joe would be more than willing to work with us I would even give him a call if everyone else is interested . I would need a for sure date when it would take place. I would love to do a hill climb there . Would help in any way that I could would like to see it happen

Wildcat, the turnout would be tremondous i guarantee it. Plus, there are all kinds of trails hooked to it, and night riding!!!! I really have no interest in going somewhere I can't night ride and party!!

WildCat only happens to be in the same town as Southern Buggy's as well as the town where the greater majority of "ky buggies" comes from that everyone seems to nut over, so it kind of makes sense, and will most likely produce the higher turn out rate.

its a little hike for you guys up north. and i agree with jeff about the nite riding, so ill go majority and vote wildcat as well. dtor has some killer hills but 50 rail buggies all nite would be the death of that place :!: hell im probably half the reason the place bout got shut down  me ,my buggy ,my bud light and my BOMBS dont follow rules very well    address is7800 us hwy 25 north, east bernstadt, ky 40729 . i dont think they have a website yet but they have a facebook page

I still wish we could do a event at wellsville, there's no way I could make it to ky, tow rig is old and wore out, plus I barely have time to make the 45 min drive to wellsville, I'm sure the other places are awesome but I'm sure there are many on here like me that don't have the time or funds to travel seven hours for a event, wish I could but no way possible, does anyone know whats going on with oak tree or forbidden zone campgrounds, we moved to yellow creek when oak tree closed and I hate it

Has anyone checked out King Knob?
http://kingknobwv.com/
It would be closer for us Northern Folk, about 3 hrs from Yellowcreek.
Just a thought.....
