Unloaded the buggy out of the trailer. Took everything out of said trailer, then swept it out. Got barefooted and shook the hell out of the gallon paint can. Poured it out in the roller pan and got to painting the inside of the trailer. WHITE!!!!! Really brightens up the trailer so at night it will be bright enough to see if I have to work on the buggy out at the camp sites or at a buggy ride.

Debating on what to do to the floor, either LineX or buy the rhino and do it myself. That or diamond plate the floor!

I had Line-x spray the rear gate and the first 8'-0 of the floor it would have cost $600.00 but I bartered 1000 rounds of 9MM that I loaded so it cost me about $200.00 it is real nice just hose it out.

I had my truck sprayed with lone x and it cost $530 for the whole bed. Was thinking 14 feet in and the carpet the rest with that out door carpet you see in truck beds.

I added the other bar to my head/pushrod protectors that would keep it from bending upward. Changed spark plugs to hotter ones and adjusted one carb. Getting it ready to Ride Royal Blue this Saturday (hopefully).

Spent a few hours debating on where to mount my oil cooler. Any ideas? Then I figured out my pulley is a power pulley so I probably don't even need an oil cooler.

Went over the new buggy today. Fixed so shabby wiring and put a tach in. Got some time to ride it and found I couldn't reach the pedals lol. Moved the seat front and adjusted the harness. Cant wait to get it up to do some climbing. Will try to post a pic soon.

Drove it from the basement to the shop. Cleaned air filters and put covers on them. Drove it back to the basement. THE END

well installed a push in sand seal and new pulley, new belt. some new push rod tubes. (only the one that were leaking) new valve cover gaskets and adjusted valves last night. this afternoon i will put a new O ring on Dizzy and re-adjust the timing. and make sure she doesn't leak!! LOL!!! and then i need to adjust the rear torsion.
so it will set up a little higher! ( Friday night riding at Rush wasn't fun after i got a case of the Swamp arse after going through a deep water hole! LOL!! ) then i have some drop spindles for the front that i bought off a guy here on woods buggy that i may finally try to install! this week end.

I thought VW engines were supposed to leak to indicate that there was oil in the case!!!

Pulling the carbs off to clean and rebuild today. After trying to ride yesterday at Biscuit the carbs pissed me off so its time to inspect clean and rebuild them.
