You cannot flip the diff in a bus trans. Only way to make it work with a reverse rotation engine is to mount it in the chassis upside down and that takes alot of internal modifications. I wasn't aware there were any reverse rotating engines in cars these days. And to think I work on this junk every day!

All the corvair engines I have ever seen in buggies had the camshaft swapped out to run standard clockwise rotation

There is a buggy out there that is running a 3.0 Honda v-6 engine.....it is bolted up to a 6-rib tranny and his name is Mike Picard I think, his buggy has been to many places.....most of us should have seen his buggy on here before.

the honda motor that i have spins in the right direction for the VW trans. I also run Corvair and they spin backwards. they make a reverse cam for the corvair so that it will spin the right direction. alot of guys with the corvair use to flip the ring gear in the trans so that it would spin the right way, but the ring gear will not hold up when you do that.
