I am getting a lot of feedback about this event being on a Holiday weekend and the Ohio team voiced concern about needing more time to prepare..unless I get a lot of disapproval about moving it back it will not be held on Sept. 3 but a later date. I don't remember exactly how we came up with this date but I accept responsibility.

I have already put in vacation time to make sure I have this time off. Changing the dates may mKe it near impossible for me to make it. It will be impossible to make everyone happy Firebug. We will support whatever decision you have to make! 8)

Me to this was going to be my first one now may not be able to get off. Also I would like it better on a 3 day weekend you have a day to have the hill climb a day to ride and you can take your time getting back home. But whatever day it is I'm going to try to make it you guys post some great videos but it something I have to see for myself

Really the decision is with the Ohio team,,,I am just trying to get some feedback going. There will be riding all over the place being it is Labor day weekend.

I have contacted the owners of the park and Rick Wheeler no longer runs the park, it is looking good so far as moving the date forward 2-3 weeks from the original date and they agree with it, I am also trying to get some free time opened up to talk to them in person of the rules of the events and to have a contract with them to make ends meet as per the event rules. I will just need to hear from the folks out there on which weekend will be the best for them besides the 3rd of Sept. There is too much going on on the Labor Day weekend as far as the Harley rodeo goes in Chillicothe and families wanting to go ride at their favorite parks, Family reunions, etc, etc. I believe that if we have it on the 3rd, the attending crowd will be a lot less than they would be on a regular weekend and the money in the pot will be a lot smaller and will not draw the crowd as much. Thanks guys 8)
