Finally got these webers working, Got them synced adjusted idle mixtures to the best of my ability (first timer) with these carbs lol. But when its juss sittin there idling and ya crack the throttle it sounds great doesnt skip a beat. Where Im noticing a problem is take off, Example- I wound it up a little in the driveway and dumped it and it seemed like it had a dead/flat spot there, Then once ya got going It came on and pulled good kinda set ya back in the seat, Can tell major difference in torque when putting along and tap the throttle. But Any Ideas as to what would solve the problem im having? or maybe im juss not adjusted right? I was thinking maybe i need to play with the accelerator pumps?

What size motor, Idel jets, main jets and air jets are you using. Also how many turns are your mixture screws out. If they need to be past 2 turns to Idel then increase the Idel jets a few points IE; from 55 to 57.
Most off Idel flat spots are caused by too lean of Idel jets. Adjusting the accel pumps is the next thing to do after getting the Idel jets correct.

Ody i bumped the idles to 55 before i ever put them on, so they should be plenty big enough. Ima mess with the accelerator pumps today. As for all the other jets, I can remember exactly what I put in it, But went with the recommendations guy at the vw shop said should be right for the 1915 I do remember i went with the 0bypass jets

not familiar with the pieces parts and names. But F11, 155 on the bottom 185 on the center jet. 0 bypass jets, 55idle mix and cant remember the other part. But Its running top notch as of now so ill just have to see what it does when we go riding.

Venturies are the things the fuel squirts down into. Basicaly the barrels. Sometimes you can see the numbers on them. They go from 28 on up past 40. These can also be the problem.
