I happen to be Phoenix, AZ this week and I saw a buggy for sale. Unfortunately, the buggy was a mess. Completely rusted out. |

Good deal MM. With a VIN of an assembled Rail. You can legally get Insurance. Both of my Buggys have a VIN of a assembled Rail. The Insurance still needed to have a copy of my Title. |
