Spent some time cleaning up the ports and combustion chambers in my head. Took down the wall around the valves in the combustion chamber and blended the ports to the seats. Took out lots of casting flash in the ports. Hoping this makes a noticeable difference and didn't waste 4 hours of my life:mrgreen:

Attempting to rework bus torsion to except beetle trailing arms but still use bus axles. Sounds simple

Thanks, you too! It looks like after years of messing around in the garage we will both be in the woods!

Still throwing good money after a A/C. Put it together fire it up make a YouTube video post it with copies of receipts and you might get 70% of your money back. Run it in the woods for long and you might get $500.00 for it.

You know you want to come over to the dark side. Fuel injection and coolant just can't beat it.

Just messing with you Chad. The worst one I ever had was over in Sheffield Lake along the Black River. We had a pretty decent riding spot. If you went way to the one end, it went onto the land that belonged to a factory that recycled old drywall. There was mountains of old drywall. So we started playing around on them, and when we got done, it looked like our buggies were covered in joint compound. Man, that stuff was a mess.
