Well after several bad problems with the s/s I finally put the 2387 back on it. I had found another carb and matched it up with the other and I just could not get it to run right at all. Today I got a brand new set of 44's and put them on. I was amazed at the difference in sound and response of the engine. Still got to tweak them but I think the 44's with bigger jets woke this engine up. Now to test it out tomorrow and see how it performs. Chad

Got dual shocks on and limit straps. I hope two cheapo shocks might almost be as good as one good shock. Trying to use whats laying around the garage.

Greased my link pins and torsion bearings. Pushed out that Brimstone goo. Straightened out my winch plate and welded more brackets on it. Added a couple more welds to the r/p brackets. Checked air shocks for leaks. They are good to go. Still waiting on USPS to bring me my axle stubs. Getting nervous, only 4 days to Windrock and I need parts. :?

Don't even know if we'll get paid out or not yet, we were right in the middle of moving to a new workshop and the power wasn't connected up until this morning, so none of the alarms, lights, etc, that are specified in the insurance contract were working.
To be honest, it's cost more in damage to the doors and locks than anything else, they cut or smashed every door and lock in the place.

While mixing tinset this morning I stared at my buggy for a whole 8 second. Sometime this week I am picking up a motor of a VW Sirocco along with ECU, harness, alternator etc for the 4 seater. She will be putting out about 123 hp.
