Looks like a nice place to ride!! Maybe we can check it out some time.

HEY KATHY,

THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT IDEA! IN THE WINTER TIME THE PARK IS ONLY OPEN TIL 4 PM,BUT I TALKED
TO THE ADMIN.FOR THE PARK ' NIGHT RIDES AVAILIABLE BY REQUEST ONLY!
SHE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO LET HER KNOW 2 WEEK'S IN ADVANCE (COUNTY OWNED) AND IT WOULD NOT
BE A PROBLEM TO SET IT UP . THE PARK MANAGER TOLD US WE COULD CUT AS MANY TREE'S & MAKE AS
MANY HILLS AS WE LIKE! (ABOUT 1500 ACRES , KINDA LIKE YOUR KY TERRAIN!)
ALSO TOLD ME WE COULD HAVE HILL CLIMBS WITH PRIOR NOTICE, THEIR WORKING ON A NICE CAMPGROUND ON TOP A HILL (JUST GOT STARTED) THAT'S GONNA BE REAL NICE , THAT WILL
MAKE IT EVEN BETTER & NIGHT RIDING MORE FUN (NOT LEAVING THE PARK)& MORE OFTEN !

CAN'T WAIT TO RIDE WITH YOU GUY'S AGAIN , ME & MY WIFE TAMMY HAD A BLAST!! :D :D :D :D :D
TRY TO BRING CHARLIE WITH YOU TOO , "HE'S A HOOT" TELL HIM & THE REST OF THE KY,RIDERS
RON SAID HELLO! LOOK FORWARD TO COMING BACK THERE AS SOON AS I CAN.

Ron, That sounds great. I'll talk to everybody at D&K this weekend and maybe we can get a crew together for a ride in early spring. You're right Charlie is a hoot--n-holler. Old rubber lips won't miss a road trip. It was a pleasure to meet you and your wife, and all the other Bama gang. We had a great time with y'all. Just wish we had had more time to do more trail riding. How far from Wilborns is this place?

About 18 miles apart, from I-65 going south ex 299 turn east to go to wilburn it's less than 20 min. and turn west to stony about the same distance.

Map is a tiny bit misleading,,from the same exit you can be at SL in 10 minutes,,about half the time it take to get to Wilborns :?
