I have a 6 rib side shift tranny, has a homemade shift linkage, but the gears are backwards...does anyone have a linkage pattern that works better?

Drew's off road had one in stock as of a week ago when I was in there. They have a link at the top of the page.

When Kendal made a linkage he also ran into this problem. He ran the shift rod to the bottom side of the cross shaft. The shift rod needs to mount to the top side of the horizontal cross shaft. In other words the ball for the ball and socket needs to be facing upwards for the shift pattern to be correct.
