 Post subject: Throtal cable help

im trying to run cable through plastic white tubing iv seen used on other rails im e-nding up with to much slop how do you run that set up from petal to linkage at carbs thanks

The cable housing needs to be zip-tied to something(brakeline,center bar). But don't pull it so tight that the cable rubs inside the housing.

ok i ran it from rear torsion straight back and throw fan housing it seems much better.the cable was flexing to much makeing the gas pedal have slop in it.wouldnt acuat untill about 1inch of pressing it down the carb would just start to open thanks

Ooooooh,now I get it :oops: too much slop...Why didn't u just say that :lol: ncbuggy is right' tie that sucker down.I was confused,us WV boys just use a coat hanger tied to our right ear(old NASCAR trick).....LEFT TURN =WIDE OPEN!
