Some one told me today that they are only going to pay the $2000.00 for 1st if there is 100 buggy

First place money$2000 dollars is guaranteed regardless of the amount of entries.The money from entry fees will go to pay 2nd thru 7th or 10th that could change if there are more entrys,but the $2000 is guaranteed to the winner
