I wish I would have seen one of those before! I wonder if it would give you enough room to get in and out without too much trouble. I like it alot better than the steering wheel disconnect.

I actually built my own and then cut it back off. I didn't really like the strength of it. I have adjustable seats and a removable wheel so that will do for me. I thought it was a good idea too until it looked like a weak link.

Thats pretty cool. I wonder if the steering wheel feels loose due to play in the unit. I've ordered stuff from polyperformance several times and always been very pleased.

Might be something to consider when I build another frame. Be easier to get in and out of maybe.

I got one for my buggy. Actually there is not really any play in it i might have to reem it out a little to get the rod trough . Im running it with a quick disconnect..

I just use a tilt column from the bone yard cost about 20 bucks and you can use all the wiring from as well as the key. lockable steering, turn signals and it looks good too!!
