Hi - I am looking for a VW powered woods buggy out west.

I would prefera 2 seat buggy something built along the style of March and July BOTM.

I can travel for the right deal. Have cash and trailer ready.

Thanks for the link bige70chevy

I will check it out.

What's a fair priced to pay on the used market for a well equipped VW powered Woods buggy that has been taken care of?

Also what features should I add to make sure the buggy is equipped for long range exploration in the woods?

thanks

Riddler

If you are going woods riding and hill climbing: cutting brake, front and rear disc brakes, a winch, 3x3 trailing arms, and bus transmission. If it isn't braced then you can addd that. I would assume that what ever engine you get is a great start, plan to rebuild it or make sure to do a compression test before you buy.
