I just had to modify the stock lever on the tranny and make a peice of linkage to connect to Turboblue's shifter, it works pretty slick. I mounted the shift linkage on the floor to get it closer to the pivot point of the tranny rod/lever.

There is also a spring inside the nose which should be removed, but it is easy, take off the nose and find this...

Remove the two c-clips that hold the shaft in...

Pull the shaft out, remove the spring, re-assemble...

That is gonna be a sweet setup. BTW I posted earlier about the econo rack maybe not having enough turning radius and that I had already moved the stops back. Well I took it off and slotted the plates on the bottom all the way to the stop with the bolt removed and WOW is it nice now. 8)
