i have a one wire bosh alt that has stoped charging it was workin fine when i put my buggy up but now it wont put anything out..... is there a rebuild kit for it or do i have to just get another one....??

You can use my autozone warrantee and get a new one free.

Did you check voltage with a volt meter? Is there an idiot light hooked up and working? I thought mine was bad and it was a burnt out idiot light not letting the regulator get excited and start the charging. A bosch alternator I had had a cardboard insulator under the wire feeding the battery, after a wile it rotted away causing a direct short and completely frying all the internals of it. I took it to a local guy that rebuilds starters and alternators and he said it was not rebuild able.
