Hi all,

New to site. I'm trying to mount oil pressure and oil temp. sending units on my a/c 1641cc. What is the easiest way to accomplish this...run a tee adapter from oem sender location, or run each from a separate location? Both gauge senders are electrical (Sunpro). Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the site.

The oil temp won't do you much good in the place you get your pressure.
That sender needs to be in flowing oil to get a good read.
I'd put it in a cooler line somewhere.

The pressure sender can be screwed in to the pressure port but I would use that along with the stock sender for the idiot light.
If the light comes on, you will notice that before you notice a gauge that is dropping.
The light warning tells you to confirm the gauge reading and take appropriate action.
That set-up will require the T you mentioned.

Any particular place in the external oil cooler line...maybe close to where the oil exits the block, or does it really matter on sender location?

I'd probably put it after the cooler.
You can at least see what the temp is of hte oil returning to your engine.
