By using "ohms law" it says 660 watts {volts x amps = watts}

Ohm's law is actually Volts=Amps*Ohms (V=IR), but what your calculation should be right. 8)

It will actually put out colser to 800 watts. Most alternators put out around 14.5 volts under load.
