The other day I went to go ride and the the trails were great but there was alot of water it killed my wires and melted alot of them to. Does anyone know how to wire up the fuse block like the one in the picture.? Any help would be great.

I would start with,
www.waytekwire.com
Figure out how many circuits you need, looks like you have 6 there, get a ATO/ATC fuse pannel and do it right.
From there it's one heavy power wire in and leads going to your switches.

What kind of fuse block would you recommend? Something water proof

Most people mount them in an ammo box. You can get the newer spade type fuse blocks from an auto parts store.
