I'm not sure if anybody uses this forum anymore but I'm going to ask anyway.
Somebody did a buggy build using a 8 switch panel that was mounted to his overhead counsel and had a ribbon cable that connected to a remote controller.
Does ring a bell with anybody as who made the switch controller?
Thanks, Norm

I am not familiar with that but I strongly recommend Painless Wiring panels.

The switch panel was mounted overhead. It was approx. 2" x 6 or 8" less than 1/2" thick with 8 lighted button for lights, start ect. the cable went to the remote box that had fuses and relays and you connect your stuff there.
I'm hopping not to do a complete rewire.
I'm manly wanting to raise the roof so I can use my suspension seats. Probably make it a pack rat two seater from the 2+2 fugitive-invader style it is now.
I am going to try to use the current wiring but sometimes when you stat to change something it grows into something different.

WildWillie had one. don't know where he got it, but Ive seen it in drag cars and stuff too
Ill ask him this weekend if he remembers where he got it.
Don't think they are good with being in wet, dirty conditions, pretty sure his quit working after a year or so.

If they don't last that long, i will just stay with toggle switches. I have been thinking about a key switch for starting.
I'm hopping that I wont have to cut any of the wiring. I don't want splices in it. That just seems like a spot that could have a problem. Shouldn't but could if the water/mud gets deep.

It was Jayrod that had it. Think it was one of these.
