Does anyone have any good products or advice on a good stereo set up for a rail...preferably with an AUX input.

look on Ebay for Motorcycle stereos, specifically Pyle brand. i have the 300watt version and it has both Aux port, USB and SD card, with FM receiver all in a compact package.
hope this helps.

I made mine for the rzr, plan on doing the same for the buggy.. I used 4 marine kicker 6.5's and a Sony media player.. didn't have much in it. I made the pods out of 6"pvc.

I have a marine grade kenwood unit that opens up and has a waterproof compartment that you plug your phone inside. Works well with 2-4 6.5" speakers. I have 2 and it is plenty loud. Image

yes it did! you do need to hook it to a toggle switch to turn it on and off of course so it doesnt drain your battery but other then that all is there. comes with an aux cable to hook your mp3 player or phone to as well
