Post subject:  which lights

I'm not wanting to add lights to the roof BC of rollovers. So I'm wanting to add some type of lights for night riding.wanting to put them up by the head lights and only have about 18". So looking for some input and ideas here been thinking about LED but that would be a 14"bar or 2 smaller ones but thinking the bar would be more light. Also been looking into hid but not wanting to put more then 150 in the lights so that puts me with 2 4"lights.

I'm lost on what I want and I don't want to buy something and it not be good or not last long.

So what you guys thing is the best lights for riding for less then 150

Some form of LED , hid, or 7 pairs of Walmart lights lol. Or so I be looking into something else.

I can't give any insight on the LED light bars but I'm firm believer in LED lights. I put 4 of the 27w LED's on mine (2 front 2 rear) and can't see why you'd ever need any more light than that at night. These are a lil over 2000 lumen a piece and run about $70 a pair. Plus they're pretty damn tough and waterproof. I'd hate to meet someone on the road at night with these pointed at me

http://www.ebay.com/itm/6-Inch-4x4-6000 ... 35&vxp=mtr this has to be it! there are tons of them but the spectrum and lumen of the light is what matters! 6000k is the spectrum of this light and is daylight/ bright white! pretty sure we both pitched the covers on them tho!

Only difference is one is 35 watt ballast and the other is 55 watt .Either one they will be really bright i got 35 watt 6000 bulb and they are blinding . So no matter what choice you make i think your gonna be happy.

Post subject:  Re: which lights

go with the cheap kc looking knockoff from local parts store all i ever had and plenty of light no matter where you put your lights if you roll they may get crushed not worth the risk of loosing 300 bucks worth of lights each time
