What is everyone using for the fuel system. I priced all an fittings to do a pre filter, pump, post filter, and then a regulator. And it is going to be a couple hundred bucks. My question is what did everyone use for fuel filters, fuel line, and what type fittings. I have already got my fuel pump and regulator. Now I need to figure out what else to use.
Thanks for any help.

I used high pressure rubber line. The fuel pump came from a v-12 jaguar and the filter came oem on the subaru, I also added a prefilter to keep dirt out of the pump. Total cost for fuel system was under 100 bucks.

What did you use for a prefilter? And what type fittings did you use? The ecotec runs at 58 psi at idle. I just don't want to waist money and it leak.

I used brass fittings and went to local parts house and got a filter with 1/2 inlets for carbs. Used fuel injection rubber hose and clamps. The stock subaru uses rubber from line at frame to filter and then to the fuel rail. Ijust used the suby stuff as much as possible. The jag pump is capable of 80 psi in stock form. I have no leaks and beat on it pretty hard. I will get you some pics tomarrow.
