I bought this car about a month ago and when I got there to get it the title was ripped with a chunk missing where the previous owner needs to put his name.....so i bought it anyways and the owner said he would just get a duplicate and send me. Well its been a month now and he won't return my phone calls or emails so I was wondering. Has anyone ran a Nissan 3.0 V6 in a rail before? The car is pretty much useless without a title. I still havent made my mind up yet, thinking about parting it out to get my money back. But the motor sure would look killer in my new rail, and I think its rated at 222hp. Its the NA model, if it was the twin tubro model, it would really scream!

Heck yea,,go for it. You can get that kinda horse power for half the money the AC guys do, with over twice the reliability. Then take whats left and ebay it and scrap the rest. Come on in boog, the waters fine |

My cousin bought a buggy with a 3.0 Nissan motor in it. We haven't got it runnging yet so I don't know how well it will run. He has had lots of trouble finding parts for it and the wiring is a real PITA. We have found very little aftermarket support or tech support for the Nissan 3.0 engines. He has one with the cast iron block so it is very heavy. |

Thanks for the info, thats what I was wanting to know. I will more than likely go with my ac, it just sucks I cant do anything with this car so I guess I will just part it out. I just wondered if they even make an adapter or I would have to fab one. Thanks again and sorry Firebug I wasnt trying to start another AC vs Wc debate. Donnie |

If the car is in good shape,Just go to your insurance company and apply for a BONDED title. It cost 10% of what the value of the car is. |

I love how those cars look, but I've heard they're constant projects...and a bit slow N/A. Wish you luck on dealing with the government BS, hah. |

I got a hold of the guy I bought it off of and the title is supposed to be here Tuesday so we'll see. For bonded title, we dont have that here in Ohio and I cant get one anyways because I cant get a title in my name if it was never titled to me. As far as being slow, a little 2 seat sports car with 222hp isnt very slow. Now my 1988 Honda Civic 1.5 , thats slow. 222hp isnt nothing to shake a stick at, and with a 5 speed, it runs pretty good.....I know its not as fast as the twin turbo models, but it still hauls the mail pretty good. thanks Donnie |

It's a pretty heavy car. I'm not hatin, I love those cars. They were way ahead of their time in their design. Oh, and I've got a Saturn Ion Redline with 205 whp from a supercharged LSJ Ecotec in it (in a 3000 lb car), it does pretty good too, even though it is tupperware |
