i was wondering what would be a good thing to run from the engine to the radiator for coolant to flow through that wont rust or explode over a long distance?

These would work great and look good too. This is what Plumberbill used on his Subi motor.

When I did my suby nearly 4 yrs. ago,I bent frame tubing that would reach from motor to radiator and welded it to frame, then used hoses to connect up.
Never had a problem in 4 years.

i know this works perfectly. most of the rockcrawlers with rear mounted radiators just tap into the frame tubing. they just have an inlet up my the motor then an exit at the rear for the rad.

Most all anti-freeze has rust inhibitors in them. As long as you change it every couple of years there shouldn't be any problems.

My KEP adapter manual says you can use electrical conduit, so that's what I planned on using. Anyone have any objections to using something like that?

that sounds like a great idea, it's galvanized, you could get a piece bent to your needs for a few bucks from an electrical contractor, supply house, etc.........
