Looks good Bill, but what are you putting around it to stop the trees from attacking it, or if someone rear ends you? Where is your winch going?

Your going to need to cut the tires with the power you will have now

you gonna use that radiator that you have pictured in your build post.
i bought mine from summit racing its 24x16 double pass and the fan will move around 2950 cfm. i looked on ebay for similuar size and found it cheaper but then you have shipping cost which made it about the same price. fortunately summit

Hmm! Summit free shipping? Last week they charged me $15.00 just to ship a pack of DZUS wings and a Pulse sensor and I live in the same state.

They are like jegs they don't charge "shipping" but there is always a $10-$15 handling charge! Drives me nuts.

Not sure just got it in today. Dave and I are trying to lay out where the fuel cell and rad go tonight. Hopfully we can figure it out. How are you running exhaust? With the rad in the rear theres no room for pipes. These are the the things we are working on.[/quote]

actually there's more than enough room for the exhaust i mounted the rad. up high and being that it's 22w x 16tall it left me enough room to cross over and tie-in the left and right side together then i think i'll run it out to the side of the motor and plug it into a muffler. i was thinking about a header style set-up but that would'nt help the 02 sensor do it's job. the exhaust header shown below came from outback/outfront

i ran into a problem with intakes and wiring. my donor harness came from a 2000 forrester single overhead cam motor. my jdm motor is from a 97-98 double overhead. there was no way to use the the two together because the plugs on the coil, mass airflow sensor, idle controller were all different not to mention sohc. and dohc. intakes are two different sizes.
first 2 pics are orignal dohc.(coil located in center of the manifold) and sohc manifolds together the rest are of the dohc manifold modified to accept sohc throttle body, mass airflow sensor, and coil pack
