LSI and 6 speed.
93-97? LT1, cast block aluminum heads, 4 spd (4L60E) or 6spd ZF
98-03? LS1, all aluminum, same tranny options.
That 6 spd supposedly good to 600 hp or so.
Any Later LT1 or LS-whatever 'Vette had same trannies also.
The 6 spd is same as in Vipers thru 04. Dont know about later Vipers. Probably same, just beefed a little.

Buick 255 V8 in the early 60's. I built a 6 rib for a local guy here that has one in his street rail. He even has a supercharger on it.

Lexus has an aluminum V8. A friend of mine has one hes putting in his race car. They aren't as expensive as one might think from the junkyards.

We saw it in Laughlin. It was not the fastest car there by any means but it sounded great.
