What is every one using for Pipe when they are pluming in there radiator? My buggy I just picked up as a 2.3 ford and the previous owner just ran rubber hose and it looked like shit, So I am wanting to hard line as much as possible and run as little rubber hose as I can

I went with http://www.allpurposepipes.com/ for almost everything including my intake.

you can go to the local exhaust shop and have them bend exhaust tubing however you like it. connect it with short pieces of hose.

I bought 1.5" mandrel bent 180's then u can cut them as needed and weld to 1.5 " tubing. I used silicone rubber ftgs to connect to the block and radiator. I bought the 180's, tubing and the hose from Foddrill Motorsports retail store in Phoenix.

So I have been Trolling on the net and I have found a set up that I would like to use for the buggy but iam not sure if it will work.
So I found the radiator I want and it uses a lot smaller line, I would be using -12an fittings with a -12 to 1.5 inch adaptor, My concern is the reducing it to much? Will I run into a cooling issue or pressure issue?

It's pretty simple. Use the same size rad that came in the original car. Length X height X thickness, make the rad cubic inches the same or more, you won't have any problems. Don't restrict the flow and keep it simple.

My recommendation is to install the largest radiator you can for the space provided.

I'm using 1.5" alloy pipe with silicone flexi's. And I'd echo the above about a big radiator - you'll be running higher throttle openings at much lower airspeeds than a road car, so if you use the buggy hard for any length of time with normal rad, you'll have to keep backing off to let it cool again.
