I know im probably gonna get ragged for doing this but what all would i need to set a Lincoln 4.6l on the front of a spare frame. I can get the whole car for around 300 bucks runs great. The question i have is would i need the steering collumn because it has the ignition in it or can i wire it to toggle switches. I know its a stupid question but id like to know

they tell me way back in the 50's and 60's b4 vw 's, people would take an old car and cut the body off from the driver's head ,back. Weld the rear end diff and put some mud tires on it and go. They called it a "Cut Down".

Have seen a few front engine buggies.
Most couldn't climb a speed bump.
Weight bias is off, way too front heavy.

If you do this you will need the ECM and all the wiring harness to make it work.
Not sure if toggle switches would work for you.
